Our Process
Initial Enquiry
Once we receive your enquiry we will then reach out within 48 hours to discuss your needs to get a feel for your project and arrange the next steps.
Design Consultation
During our initial conversation we will arrange with you a follow up design consultation in the method that suits you best. Whether that is an in person visit to your property, a video call, telephone call or email we will work with you in the medium that you are most comfortable with.
Concept Drawings & Quotation
After your design consultation has been carried out we will then go away to produce your design drawings and an accompanying quotation for your review. We will then follow up with your for your feedback and to discuss any potential revisions or changes that you would like to make and carry out those alterations for you. Once you are happy with the design and quotation you can then place your order.
Site Survey
Once your order has been placed we will then carry out a site survey to double check access and pre-empt any potential issues that may not have been raised (if you have an in person design consultation then this will have already been done) and to mark out the location of your new space.
Installation
Post site survey we will then send off your order to the factory where we will be given the earliest delivery date. Upon receipt of this we will then contact you to arrange a convenient day for your installation to begin and advise how long it is likely to take. Our trained installers will then arrive on this date to install your new space ready for you to enjoy!
